We're seeking a skilled Signals Analyst to support our Customer's mission.
Responsibilities

• Technically analyze waveforms identifying parameters, data types, and measuring radio frequency (RF) phenomenology.
• Interact with application developers to provide requirements for tool prototypes designed to support analysis of new data sets.
• Leverage introductory experience in digital signal processing problem domains
• Operate laboratory digital signal processing tools in Linux operating system environment
• Perform technical analysis of data
• Create written reports summarizing analytic results
• Interact with tool developers to create new laboratory prototypes to handle new data sets

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position requires on-site presence at Client site and operates around core hours, 10am-3pm, on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday.

TRAVEL:

• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE: Active and current Top Secret / SCI clearance is required upon application for initial consideration, a CI Polygraph is required to start on the program. ***This position is not open for any clearance reactivation or sponsorship outside of a CI Polygraph.***

EDUCATION:

• BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related field; or four (4) years of equivalent experience may be substituted for degree.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques.
• Familiarity with digital signal processing tools such as Matlab, or Software Defined Radio (SDR) tool sets, or other similar software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical and analytical information in written products.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of signal acquisition systems.
• Experience supporting overseas operations.
• Experience in development of RF transmission and receiving systems or software defined radio architectures.
• Formal Signal Analysis Training (such as 451 and 452, or equivalent).
