Marketing Support Specialist-Will be key in providing Social Media/Digital Marketing support in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Contract: 5 Months

Location: Allegan, MI

Key Deliverable: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIC COUNSEL AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

• Establish the Perrigo (5 - 6 Brands) Marketing's social media strategy based on business objectives and audiences (Q1):
  • Platforms
  • Content Pillars
  • Brand Voice
  • Paid Integration
  • KPIs

• Counsel on social media best practices and guidelines
• Identify and recommend opportunistic engagement from trending topics/news of the day, as applicable
• Evaluate new social platforms and provide a POV/recommendation, when applicable

Key Deliverable: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT (may or may not be included)

• Develop monthly content calendars for the main Perrigo social media accounts that includes content, platforms, publishing day/time, copy and individual assets
  • Contractor Perrigo Marketing to collaborate on content ideation and mapping
  • Contractor to produce and format creative assets (images, videos) for use across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

• Contractor to draft platform-specific content based on strategy:
  • Instagram/Facebook
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn

Key Deliverable: CONTENT PUBLISHING AND SOCIAL MONITORING

• Schedule and publish approved content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

o Perrigo Marketing to provide Contractor with a login to their social media management platform, if applicable

o If no third-party management platform is available, use each social media platform's native scheduling and publishing tools

• Develop/Refine a social media response protocol and escalation process

• Monitor Perrigo Marketing's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts for engagement opportunities

• Conduct proactive daily social listening across digital channels (online, social,

blogs, forums) to identify and monitor opportunistic engagement, competitors,

brand mentions, conversations, etc.

o Perrigo Marketing to provide Contractor with a login to their social listening platform, if applicable

• Community management and proactive social listening to be completed once per day during normal business hours

Key Deliverable: SOCIAL ADVERTISING

• Provide strategic recommendations for monthly sponsored/boosted content on Perrigo Marketing's social media accounts
• Manage monthly social advertising budget across social media accounts
• Campaign execution including audience targeting, budget and flight
• Leverage platform targeting capabilities to execute HCP-focused advertising campaigns
• Pull CRM/email lists to create lookalike/custom audiences
• Integration of website pixels to optimize advertising campaigns

Key Deliverable: PERFORMANCE REPORTING

• Provide quarterly social media performance recaps for Perrigo Marketing's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Data reported to be compiled from Perrigo's third-party management platform, if applicable, or natively from social media platforms (ex: Facebook Insights)

• Report to include the following data points:
  • Reach/Impressions
  • Engagements
  • Followers
  • Video Views (if applicable)
  • Lead Generation

Provide insights and recommendations, as applicable, such as content performance trends, engagement trends, etc.
