Alteryx is looking for a Software Delivery Manager to help us build a next generation platform SDK and API suite. We are looking for three things from our team lead:

• A passion for people leadership and development through a growth mindset
  
• An understanding of the software development process including release of software with a focus on extensibility and SDKs
  
• Given this highly technical domain, we need someone with strong technical experience who can help drive design, process, and execution
  

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of people leadership experience with a strong desire to lead; servant leader with passion for developing people and high-performance teams
  
• 3+ years in software development experience, preferably with an understanding of best practices in highly scalable architectures
  
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
  
• Deep understanding and commitment to modern software engineering processes and continuous improvement through measurement
  
• Experience in modern development pipelines
  
• Demonstrable experience driving collaboration across dispersed teams and team members
  
• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
  
• Customer first mindset
  

Valued Skills:

• Exposure and knowledge of C++, Python, Go, Node.js or Rust
  
• Experience working with SDKs
  
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and testing in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Thesalaryrange for this role in Redwood City, CA is $122,100 - $207,600. This position is alsoremote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
