Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$116,395.00-$186,232.00

What you'll do
  • You will report to the Sr. Manager Software Development and our Journey Orchestration team to help us further our mission of making ordinary customer and employee experiences extraordinary
  • You will have a passion for developing scalable, high throughput systems that follow a microservices architecture and will have experience leading a Software as a Service (SaaS) application
  • Provide engineering ownership for our newly launching Journey as a Service product
  • Refine and define engineering best practices for software development
  • Engage with Product, DevOps, QA, and other team members to define, development, and release new features and updates to existing features
  • Contribute to the development process by writing code and performing code reviews
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience with Python and Node.js
  • 2 years of experience working on a SaaS platform or similar web-based business
  • 2 years of experience in management or as a team lead
  • Experience building microservice-based applications
  • Demonstrated language independent programming skills
