Software QA Engineer *REMOTE QA Automation Engineer*
*Salary:* $110-$140K+ Equity, 401K Match, Comprehensive Benefits, PTO

Founded in 2018 with recent funding, we are rapidly becoming a leader in our field. Our cloud-based, SaaS platform enables home service companies to grow their business efficiently, simplify operations, improve customer service, increase employee satisfaction, and ultimately increase revenues.

We are the preferred software solution for the world's leading plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and home service/field service companies. Due to our success, we are scaling our engineering teams. We are looking to add Senior Developers (Front/Back End or Full Stack), UX Designers, Product Owners, and QA Engineers to the remote team!

If you are a QA Engineer with Cypress and/or RSpec, Test Automation, etc. within a development environment including Ruby-on-Rails, Vue/React, Hybrid Mobile Apps, B2C/B2B consumer-facing apps, etc., this is the role for you.
What You Will Be Doing As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will partner with product management and software engineering teams to deliver high-quality features for our customers. This is a great spot for you if you have a passion for delivering high-quality products on a consumer-facing SaaS platform.
- Work to deliver incremental customer and business value and advance the quality of our products
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and other team members to clarify user stories, iron out ambiguities, and drive test and validation strategies that guide the development and delivery of the product
- Improve the quality of our products through advocacy, planning, automated and manual testing
- Measure the effectiveness of our validation efforts.
- Help continuously improve processes and foster a culture of quality across the organization
What You Need for this Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of QA Engineering and/or Development
- Cypress.io, RSpec, REST API Testing
- Development environment similar to ours: Ruby-on-Rails, JavaScript (React/Vue), Consumer-Facing App
- Hybrid-Mobile Apps a bonus
