ECS is seeking a Solutions Developer to work remote. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

Job Description:

• Developing solutions that extend the Atlassian platform, such as custom Confluence pages, Jira architecture, Atlassian an plugins, reporting, and user interfaces.
• Finding creative solutions to solve customer problems and implement them in web form applications.
• Engaging with client to fully understand complex requirements to implement project setups and workflows.
• Working closely with the client to gain trust, propose creative solutions, and get buy-in for design and implementation.
• Troubleshooting problems with users such as permission/security restrictions, notifications, workflows, etc.
• Connecting with industry and channel resources to collaborate and bring innovative approaches to client work.
• Developing metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
• Planning, testing, and implementing upgrades and migrations for Atlassian tool suite.
• Creating reporting using Atlassian add-ons, security schemes, extensions, and configurations.
• Identifying areas for process automation and designing/implementing solutions to improve efficiency and operations.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree and min. 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience implementing and customizing Confluence and Jira pages.
• Experience using Atlassian to support Portfolio level planning and delivery tracking.
• Customer Service mindset and passion for helping users solve problems.
• Experience with using, configuring, and reporting with Atlassian Marketplace plugins (Portfolio, Structure, Advance Roadmaps, ScriptRunner, Insight, etc).
• Ability to communicate directly with customers, capture their business needs, and propose and develop solutions.
• Ability to gain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices.
• Experience working with Federal Government clients.
• Experience with Atlassian development related technologies/languages, specifically: Groovy, Scriptrunner, Scripted fields Javascript/JQuery. JQL/IQL. Velocity templates. Confluence DOM manipulation (aui, decorators, etc.). Confluence User Macros. Jira/Confluence REST api.
