This is a hybrid role that will be require to work in our headquarters three days/week

To support the hiring needs of our Human Capital and Government services organizations we have a need to hire a Junior/Sourcing Recruiter. This Sourcing Recruiter will report to one of our Delivery Managers and will be responsible for the identification, engagement, and screening of cleared technical talent that fills the hiring needs of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of recruiting with monitoring all customer prime portals for changes in requisition statuses
  • Open and close requisitions within the applicant tracking system to ensure the recruiting team has the latest updates on requisition statuses
  • Ensure all openings are posted and advertised across all job boards and social media outlets
  • Recruiting responsibilities from sourcing to candidate submittal
  • Leverage Boolean strings and keyword searches to source qualified candidates for planned or open positions utilizing the following:
    • Social media
    • Internal applicant tracking system
    • Employee referrals
    • Candidate referrals
    • Open web searches
    • Job boards
  • Identifies associations, organizations, etc. for diversity recruitment to create and maintain a diverse talent pool
  • Thoroughly screen and qualify potential candidates against assigned requisition qualifications and skills
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to all candidates that are being engaged.
  • Develop candidate narratives that capture candidates experiences and effectively sells candidates to internal hiring managers and partners
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Show resilience and creativity to overcome the inherent challenges of staffing in the cleared and/or highly competitive labor markets
  • Monitors and tracks key metrics to determine the success of sourcing channels
To qualify for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Technical Sourcing / Recruiting experience gained from working within a corporate environment and cleared government space OR successful completion of the Stillwaters Veteran Recruiter Training program
  • Prior experience sourcing for technical roles in the cleared space, preferably in the Federal/Government Contracting environment OR successful completion of the Stillwaters Veteran Recruiter Training program
  • Holds themselves to the highest standards of performance and is results driven
  • Proficient in staffing tools and systems (i.e., LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have an active LinkedIn profile
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
