AsaSpecialty Sales Executive for Hybrid IT, your mission is to putbusinesseson the best possible path toasustainable and ground-breaking futureinhybrid IT. In doing so, you will unlock new opportunities and overcome technological and business barriers, while delivering a compellingandcustomizedroadmap for digital transformation.

Althoughit'sone ofnewestroles at Softchoice, it'sdesigned to follow through on our long-standing promiseto do right by our customers. In a new era of disruption, speed and complexity, our Hybrid IT sellersaren'tsimply selling thevirtuesof the cloud. They are helping customers understand its limitations, too,optimizingthe use of legacydatacenterand networking infrastructures.You will workclosely with the Director of Hybrid IT Sales,yourdistrict sales team and professional and managed servicestodevelop andset inmotion advanced hybrid IT solutions, which in turn willhelp customers succeed and thriveintothe future.

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Growand developHybrid IT Solutions and Services that include a mix of Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and/or Managed Services
  • Leveragethe Challenger Sales methodology andaninsights-driven sales processes,along withacurrent knowledge of industry and technical trends,to customize solutions for customer needs and businessgoals
  • Collaboratewith District Sales Teams and Leaders to create and execute a strategy to acquire new opportunities with targeted accounts
  • Buildand maintainaccount andmarketpenetration plans on assigned accounts
  • Quarterback opportunities from the point of assessing customer needs through closing deals and driving diversification
  • Engagepre-sales and internal support to provide outstanding, end-to-end service
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors
  • Share best practices and strategies with your peers and leadership to elevate the game of your colleagues

Whatyou'llbring to the table:

  • Experience aligning business outcomes and initiatives with technology requirements.
  • A deep history ofuncovering,developinganddriving salesfor legacy infrastructure environments, such ascompute, storage, networking(Data Center infrastructure).
  • Strong understanding ofHybrid IT,Hybrid cloud and multi-cloud models, integrating solutions across Azure, AWS and Googleand Managed Services.
  • Proven ability to communicate Hybrid IT concepts and solutions that align with the business objectives and challenges around securely adopting a hybrid IT strategy, often from an application-centric approach(i.e.which workloads belong where, and why).
  • Demonstrated experience successfully developing anddriving salesforManaged Services.
  • Experience proactively managing relationships at all organizational levels and mobilizing stakeholders to execute and meet key deliverables.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong clientservicesapproach and excellent decision-making skills.
  • 5-10+years of experiencesellingtechnology solutions in apuresales ortechnicalpre-sales role.
  • Abilityto travel frequently within your Sales District (varies based on your specific district).
