Lasko Products, an industry leader in providing and manufacturing home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Senior FP&A Analyst to the team. This role will by hybrid based out of our West Chester, PA headquarters.

The Senior FP&A Analyst position will provide analytical, financial, and cost accounting support to the organization, and be a “bridge” between the Finance and Operations leadership teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst position will provide analytical, financial, and cost accounting support to the organization, and be a “bridge” between the Finance and Operations leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in a cost accounting role in a manufacturing environment, while also possessing experience with identifying, analyzing, and reporting financial results to business stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes including analysis, interpretation and communication of results.
• Acts as business partner to the Supply Chain/Operations leadership teams to provide performance and cost analyses, insights, and inputs to the forecasting process.
• Participates in annual strategic planning and budgeting, periodic forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Helps develop effective reports, presentations, and analysis for use by management and external stakeholders.
• Helps create appropriate metrics/KPI’s, reporting tools, and dashboards that give insight into the performance of the business.
• Establish and maintain accurate bill of material cost structures for manufactured and purchased finished goods.
• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory balances for consigned inventory and inventory at 3PL’s.
• Analyze variances to standard, understand drivers, and determine impacts to the P&L.
• Analyze costs for proposed items / new product development process.
• Ensure bill of material costs are flowing through to the general ledger properly.
• Work with third party warehouse contacts to coordinate annual physical inventory and update to perpetual.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 years of corporate finance-related experience and/or plant finance experience
• Experience in a strategic finance or FP&A function, using financial analyses to inform business decisions
• Strategic thinking / business analytical skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point and proficiency with BI tools
• Experience in a Consumer Products and/or manufacturing environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or Economics or a related field
• Candidate must be available to work on-site
