About the Role

Logistics Reporting and Data Analytics Sr. Analyst possess exceptional data management expertise, and experience in data management and modeling software. Seeking a problem-solving leader to harness and extract full value from large data sets prevalent in our data-driven business environment. Primary responsibility will be to support global reporting and forecasting, ensuring operational teams have clear visibility of volumes to and from all global DC's throughout all nodes and positions in the Global Supply Chain network. Parallel work includes working with Global Supply Chain operational teams to automate existing processes and platforms as we design the network of the future. This individual will be responsible to partner with internal and external business stakeholders to proactively understand their reporting, visibility and solutions needs and identify opportunities and potential issues that could impact a global team's ability to properly manage the supply chain network, from product purchase order creation through customer delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure weekly performance reports meet SLA delivery time and captures all relevant data elements.
  • Supports Ad Hoc reporting requests across Global Supply Chain functions in managing real time business solutions requests
  • Supports forecast reporting which captures all global volumes
  • Partner with data integrity teams to support reporting and forecasting
  • Communicate reporting delays and manage quick resolution
  • Through regular contact with stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve KPI reporting / forecasting and create recommendations for improvement
  • Support ongoing development of Data Visualization platforms and automated solutions

Who You Are

  • Detail Oriented; Experience with supply chain, logistics functions and transportation systems highly preferred
  • Technical experience with report creation
  • Ability to work with and normalize large data sets
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required: Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong functional analytics background, including but not limited to PowerBI usage and development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to independently prioritize workload according to the needs of the business
  • 1-3 years business experience in Logistics or related field/industry preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required
  • <10% travel is required
  • This position is based in Erlanger, Kentucky
