Interventional Urology - NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Senior Demand Planner is essential role for the organization as it ensures that Marketing, Finance and Production needs are aligned to meet organizational targets for On-Time and In-Full-service levels as well as overall Inventory Valuation. In this role you will be incorporating multiple streams of data inputs to develop an aligned operational production and distribution plan, that will be executed by the Operations and Logistics teams. Your primary interactions will be with the Operations Leadership Team, Finance, and Marketing teams as these functions will provide direction for demand while also being a customer of your observations and generated outputs.
• Plan, manage and control the supply of product from forecast/demand to plant output in support of commercial, financial and operational plans.
• Work with Business Unit Leadership in translating commercial objectives as they relate to product supply into executable plans for our manufacturing sites.
• Work with our manufacturing sites in developing an adaptive and scalable supply fulfilment model which anticipates future business requirements
This position requires adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage Global Demand and Supply to minimize back orders, position Inventories at agreed levels and reach targeted customer service Levels.
• Be part of the S&OP monthly cycle and together with site leads, drive S&OP Supply review.
• Provide a closed loop connection between Business Unit stated demand, manufacturing capacity/build plans, and the total revenue plan.
• Ensure that potential constraints to supply are proactively managed to ensure continuity of supply. This will be achieved through anticipating supply constraints resulting from quality, regulatory, technical, or other issues and analyzing these constraints and identifying innovative solutions to quickly resolve them.
• Plan ramp up and ramp down scenarios for new product introductions and product discontinuations
• Measure and analyze forecast accuracy metrics to drive improvements
• Process ad-hoc request for data analysis as requested to support management decisions
• Lead / Participate in process improvement projects as required
• Provide input and recommendations in improving supply chain strategies, policies and practices to achieve Best-in-Class Supply Chain Management and Product Management teams
• Align the demand plan with the manufacturing site planning team to ensure the right net demand to be loaded to the site and constrained supply plan could be developed
• Communicate constraints and allocations to the BU, customer and sales teams
• Provide input to manufacturing initiatives to support sales strategies.
• Perform related tasks assigned by manager.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, MBA desirable or APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• A minimum of 5+ years of demand planning experience
• ERP / Global Planning Systems knowledge, SAP experience is required
• Experience in Global Supply Chain Networks and Supply Process including international experience working cross borders and cross function.
• Medical device experience ideally in a dynamic manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience of managing a team is preferred

• Highly self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to analyze and manipulate large sets of raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations that are both innovative and practical solutions as the business need requires.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex forecast approaches into terms clearly understood by various cross functional groups including Senior Management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under heavy pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance from Manager and/or Director
• Able to deal with ambiguity
