  • Ensure products meet objectives for usability, adhere to relevant design, localization, and accessibility standards, comply with company identity guidelines, and deliver positive experiences

People Leadership
  • Attract, recruit, and retain exceptional talent
  • Grow the next level of leaders, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skillsets, processes, training, and tools to execute great work
  • Help employees identify opportunities for growth, navigate organizational change, and achieve measurable goals
  • Lead team members in expanding their understanding of business context and user needs and empower them to proactively lead iteration cycles with stakeholders
  • Infuse the team culture with a design thinking mindset to solve business, product, and user problems

Skills:

  • Extensive experience collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment to create alignment across stakeholders and leadership
  • Dedication to shipping the best product within real-world resource and business constraints
  • Self-starter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the teams, and the work delivered
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • A consistent "can do" attitude and ability to act quickly to rally individuals and teams around a common vision

Qualifications:
