Ultimate Staffing is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturer in Franklin County, Mo. ?? Shift: 3:55am - 4:05pm (Monday - Thursday) - Enjoy a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts!

?? Pay: $25/hr - Plus, this is a direct hire position, offering stability and growth opportunities.

?? Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of production lines by acquiring and verifying components according to work orders.
• Maintain optimal levels of materials to sustain production throughout shifts.
• Safeguard accuracy and quality standards by operating lines at maximum performance.
• Proactively report safety hazards, violations, and procedural issues to team leaders.
• Perform quality checks using various gauges, recording and reporting results as necessary.
• Keep machinery in optimal condition through regular monitoring and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in changeovers of the filling area and complete production paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with 5S protocol and SOP's.
