We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager to partner with our Field Sales and Sales Engineering (Pre-Sales) organizations. In this role, you will lead and support our team of recruiters and serve as a trusted talent partner creating and executing on innovative recruiting strategies. Most importantly, you will be a part of a team that fosters a collaborative environment and strong partnership with our hiring managers. We are looking for someone that likes to laugh and have fun with their team while working to achieve goals, celebrate wins and grow together.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and consult with business leaders and HR Business Partners to set and drive the workforce talent strategy and goals for the GTM - Sales organization
  • Develop creative and innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity to meet the high growth demands of our organization
  • Partner with business leaders on market insights, competitive intelligence and talent trends to help craft the overarching talent strategy
  • Utilize data to drive results, outcomes and accountability
  • Develop engagement and talent marketing strategies and programs for building ongoing, strategic, diverse pipeline

  • Collaborate on Early in Career recruiting strategy and efforts with the early career talent team
  • Build and develop the recruiting team
  • Influence direction of recruiting strategies, headcount planning and workforce programs with senior leadership.
  • Innovate and drive creative thinking and problem solving to ensure best practices for recruiting process and programs.
  • Builds and drives cohesive DEI strategies alongside partners including Talent Acquisition, Operations and Social Impact teams.

  • High growth, fast paced environment, can work well through ambiguity - drive flexibility within teams.
  • Influence executives on market insights, competitive intelligence, planning through data driven initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience building, coaching and managing a high performing, results oriented sales recruiting team
  • You've seen scale on a global basis and have had experience operating and successfully navigating in a high-growth and high-volume environment

  • 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams in the software industry with a focus on GTM recruiting, specifically Field Sales and Pre-Sales (# of years of experience is only viewed as a guide and is not an explicit requirement)
