Job Description Summary
Responsible to provide advanced marketing, business development and administrative support and additional resources to a local Brokerage Services Department. Scope of duties are dependent on the size and need of the local brokerage team, as well as the local market structure. The majority of duties are to manage, drive strategy, create and edit marketing materials in support of business development and property listing of a local brokerage professional. This position requires an advanced knowledge of InDesign, Concep, and other "marketing" tools.

  • Investment Sales Tracking Sheet
  • Coordinate/take photos/drone aerial footage
  • Crexi oversight
• IAG/Capital Markets Reporting
• BOV Design & Coordination
• Annual Client-Event Coordination
