Job Description:

Our Product team is looking to add a Senior Product Manager with experience in creating Restoration Contractor or Insurance Workflow solutions, that can drive leadership in our integrations offerings through the product development life cycle, and that will be a product evangelist for CoreLogic.

Purpose and Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager supports our initiatives for our Restoration Contractor Workflow offering, especially related to integrations and APIs, and related functionality in our other offerings. This position is a hands-on role that will interface directly with product development teams, the executive team, and all parts of the organization.

Critical Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our market, competitors, and customer base through market research, customer feedback, and product performance to define core problem statements of our customers
  • Define objectives and key results that our account management team can understand and easily communicate to customer; and that our product development team can clearly understand, get behind and use to enable innovative solutions
  • Work with stakeholders and utilize market research to assist with setting the short-term roadmap and long-term vision and strategy for our Restoration Contractor Workflow offerings associated to integration opportunities between products and partnership opportunities within the industry
  • Ensure our product strategy/vision is kept up to date, on track, and well communicated internally through the use of roadmaps, OKRs, and positioning documents
  • Provide leadership in the launch and integration of restoration offerings, including triaging issues, authoring reports and driving improvements
  • Be a ruthless prioritizer while balancing the needs of the market/ stakeholders and limited resources
  • Author features, user stories and acceptance criteria to drive the workload of our development team
  • Provide testing, support and guidance to your scrum team in order to deliver amazing product releases.
  • Drive pricing, packaging, product launches, new feature communication, and the market presence of our product through our marketing, executive, and client facing teams.
Job Qualifications:

We are looking for SaaS Product Managers with 5+ years of experience to join our Product Management organization. This is a virtual position. We are a team of high performing individuals with a passion for solving problems using innovative technology. The ideal candidate will be excellent at understanding our market and customers, seeking out problems and solving them creatively, and helping work those solutions through the product development life cycle.

Specific Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably at a B2B, SaaS company, including proven ability to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • A proven, hands-on passion for creating winning products through product discovery
  • Well-versed in integration opportunities and able to speak to engineers about APIs and integration platform technologies
  • Knowledge of the Insurance and/or Restoration Contractor market a plus
  • Exemplary leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience defining business cases for new product development and bringing product to market through the go to market process
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to jump in to get a job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional, geographically-dispersed teams
  • BA/BS degree required. Recent MBA or training in a technical field is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM systems or at a CRM solutions provider is highly desirable
  • Able to travel for time-to-time (< 20%), including for customer interviews, meeting with development teams, attending tradeshows, etc.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha.io, and Analytics Applications a plus
  • Experience as a Product Owner for an agile or Kanban scrum team is a plus

Annual Pay Range:
80,200 - 120,000 USD
