POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop the program and policies

* Produce and maintain appropriate communications to all stakeholders regarding program progress.

* Assist in identifying and scheduling deliverables, milestones and required tasks

* Assign responsibilities and scope of authority to project/technical personnel

* Coordinate to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

* Responsible for compliance to all corporate policies

* Partner with architecture representatives to ensure we leverage approved technologies and solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:


YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

* 4 year degree

* 15+ years total experience minimum

* 5 years as a program manager

* Demonstrated project and program management skills

* Broad knowledge in IT hardware and software

* Demonstrated decision making abilities

* Demonstrated problem resolution skills

* Demonstrated analytical skills

* Demonstrated relationship building skills

* Demonstrated communication skills

* Experience working in a large or complex IT environment
