SR. SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

AAA WASHINGTON- BELLEVUE

AAA Washington is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to provide advanced administrative management support for the Salesforce Financial Cloud and Field Service platforms.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience of Salesforce.com administrative experience and a Bachelor's degree (BA) in business, project management, information management, or equivalent experience.

Major responsibilities include:

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

• Responsible for all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and organization-wide sharing default rules.

• Performs complex Salesforce administration, including SSO, infosec and data privacy, page layouts, record types, object customization and automation, advanced reports and dashboards.

• Engage with stakeholders in Salesforce product visioning and prioritization sessions to define and articulate features and functions to meet business objectives.

• Identify unused or underutilized platform features.

• Use data management skills to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

• User support as required, monitoring and improve user adoption and contributing to new and ongoing user training.

• Develop technical documentation as needed.

Target hiring salary range is $86,300 - $112,200 and offer rate is based on experience.

Opportunity for discretionary Annual Company-wide bonus.
