Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Sr. SIOP Analyst to the team. This role can be fully remote, but you must be able to work East Coast hours.

The Sr SIOP Analyst is a critical member of the SIOP team supporting all Business Units. Reporting to the Director SIOP the Sr SIOP Analyst will have overall responsibility for demand forecasting and SIOP processes for the Company. The Sr SIOP Analyst will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Planning, Purchasing, Distribution and Operations to develop a rolling eighteen (18) month Demand Plan.. With this forecast, the team will develop a distribution plan, inventory plan and a production plan to optimize business efficiencies. The Sr SIOP Analyst is also responsible for building, management of critical business metrics and reports the will help drive our company.

This position requires a deep understanding of sales forecasting, demand planning and capacity planning and will receive high-level exposure within the organization.

This position would report to the Director of SIOP.

Key Focus Areas

• Development of a consensus sales forecast
• Participate and lead monthly review of Sales, Distribution, Inventory and Production plans
• Design and implementation of improved SIOP business processes at corporate and operational levels
• Management and improvement of SIOP metrics (Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Health, etc.)
• Owner of the demand planning tool and demand planning process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or similar field is required Master’s degree is preferred
• 5 plus years in forecasting / demand planning, SIOP, scheduling and, supply planning
• Experience/Training in data analytics, statistics and forecast methods is required
• Strong written communications skills are required
• Proficiency in analytic tools such as Excel, SQL, Altyrex PowerBI, and demand planning software
• Project Management training/experience a plus
• Result driven with the ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Geographic Reach

Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada.
