Sr. Project Manager - Special Surveys

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have office and field surveying experience and will be tasked with:

• The preparation of Boundary, Topographic and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys under the supervision of a MD Professional land surveyor.

• Independently conducting research, organizing documents, and analyzing deeds, plats, and reviewing title commitments

• Utilizing various Local, County, State and Quasi-Public databases for Geospatial data acquisition

• Field data processing including field-to-finish and traverse adjustment

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be proficient with and have at least three years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office programs.

• Should have the ability to review and process field data, including least squares traverse adjustments and importing points into CAD. Experience with Trimble Business Center and Star*Net is a plus, but not required.

• Should have exposure using networked desktop computer systems.

• Must have good math and communication skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.

• Must have regular in-office attendance, the ability to work independently with direction and a desire to learn and progress in the Survey profession, both personally and as part of a team.
