RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a leading management consulting firm with a global presence. The client is currently growing and has a strong leadership team. They offer a strong benefits package which includes medical/dental, 401K, PTO, etc. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days a week in the office.Responsibilities include:- Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain and record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals
- As a Staff Accountant, you will review and analyze the general ledger
- Prepare P&L expense analyses
- Assist with preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Assist with audits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
- 2+ years of related experience
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
