What You Will Be Doing You will be a part of the Platform team. The team's focus includes hardware abstraction API layer, peripheral drivers, and bootloaders. In order to provide numerous low-level drivers that enable hardware IP, the team is expected to collaborate closely with the hardware teams as well as the architectural team.

- extensive development and support for device drivers (one or more of USB, network, graphics, video, and power management)
- user space API and experience testing and validating systems from the user space Experience porting and maintaining the Linux operating system for a platform
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of software development expertise with a focus on Linux Kernel and embedded systems
- 6+ years of experience developing embedded Linux kernels
- Knowledge of Linux kernel's internals, including its design for networking and storage subsystems and its process scheduler, memory management, concurrency/synchronization, memory allocation, and file systems.
- You are an experienced C programmer
- ARM architecture knowledge is preferred
