We're a 50 year old commercial GC based out of Columbus, OH! We pride ourselves in caring for & valuing our employees. We are looking for candidates that want to stick with us long term - we value you and you value us. Our ideal candidate will have experience on a wide variety of commercial projects - must have comfortability on projects > $20 M.
What You Will Be Doing Daily responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations at construction site
- Lead meetings with crew
- Responsible for hiring, training & leading construction crew
- Follow construction plans
- Responsible for ordering & maintaining equipment
- Set & stick to budget/schedule
- Daily logs & documentation
- Ensure communication and accuracy of subcontractor timeline
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years Superintendent experience with commercial GC
- Experience on projects > $20 M
- Podium experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to collaborate with clients and other industry professionals
- Develop and maintains relationships with the subcontractor or community
