We are a construction firm headquartered out of Chicago, IL. We do a combination of work from Commercial, Industrial and Health Care. Currently we are looking to hire experienced Superintendents based out of Tampa, FL and Chicago, IL. We are looking for candidates that have experience specifically in the ground up commercial sector doing projects such as cold storage and warehouses. If this sounds like you please apply today!
What You Will Be Doing -Overseeing Job Site
-Ensuring safety is the number one priority
-Inspecting quality of material
-Managing subcontractors and crew members
-Making sure project stays on track and within budget
What You Need for this Position -Minimum of 3 years of Superintendent experience
-Background in Industrial Construction
-Ground up experience
-Building cold storage units preferred
