Due to a growing backlog of work, we are looking for a Superintendent to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing - Coordinate all construction field activities among subcontractors.
- Supervise project safety and ensure all on site are complying with safety requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports and conduct weekly job site safety meetings.
- Develop and closely track construction schedule.
- Plan inspections.
- Implement safety and quality guidelines.
What You Need for this Position - High School Diploma required (any additional experience is definitely a plus)
- 3+ years of GC-level experience in commercial, industrial or tenant improvement construction
- 3 years' minimum supervisory experience as a Superintendent
- Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency
