Your new role

As Superintendent you will be responsible for supervising the construction on the field to make sure the project is completed within budget and on schedule all in coordination with the Project Manager. You will need to provide leadership on site to manage the schedule, subcontractors, safety and more. Experience working with RFIs, submittal, scheduling and reading plans is a must-have.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  
• Experience with education, commercial, municipality projects
  
• Ability to oversee projects from the ground-up
