We are seeking Support Service Specialist - PRN to join our team in Phoenixville, PA.

Position Details

Client and Employee will arrange and schedule community based activities. For example, museum, parks, Linvilla Orchards, employment skills and other new activities. Employee must document these activities hitting key items in the electronic health system.

Mileage reimbursement is included.

• High School diploma/GED

• At least 6 months of Autism/MH/IDD experience

• Valid Driver's License

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have reliable transportation for driving clients short distances. Mileage reimbursement provided.
College degree in Human Service Field without 6 month Autism/Mental Health/Intellectual Developmental Disabilities experience will be considered
