What We Are Looking For

The Customer Experience Supervisor directly supervises a team of 7 Customer Experience Advocates and provides leadership and support within the department. The Supervisor ensures frictionless customer experiences are provided to all customers and that service, productivity, and quality standards are met. You will communicate directly with customer and account teams on a regular basis while coaching Customer Experience Advocates in fulfillment operations.

What You Will Do
  • Guide and direct customer experience team towards achieving operational goals
  • Ensure that customer experience team has excellent communication, problem solving and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner
  • Provide supervision and technical assistance to customer experience team to attain departmental and organizational goals
  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company's brands, systems, and processes
  • Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage customer service effectiveness

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Associates degree in business
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree in business
  • 5+ years' work-related experience
  • 2- 5 years' management experience
  • Familiar with Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft CRM systems
