Beacon Hill Associates is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding requirements for contract employees and engaging with staffing agencies. You will help monitor and track onboarding documents as well as processing background checks and onboarding for new employed hires/transfers!

If you are someone that is comfortable working in a fast paced enviornment and is detail orientated this is a perfect position for you!

Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: $20-25 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week (flexible)

When: ASAP

Requirements:

- Experience in Human Reousrce or any related field
- Must have critical thinking skills
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines
- Must be tech savvy
- Must have excellent time management skills

*Must have an Associates Degree*
