As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will perform full life-cycle recruitment to meet staffing goals across various functions within the organization. Working within a team, you will manage and support the entire lifecycle of recruiting to include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidate resumes, providing guidance to managers, as well as developing and extending offers to candidates. Some travel required (10-15%).

This position will have the option to work remotely. Some travel to our CCM Divisional HQ in Carlisle, PA will be required.

Job Responsibilities:

* Source candidates, both active and passive, through recruitment activities such as job postings, social media engagement, and local marketing.
* Utilize various resources to maintain a talent pool including ATS, Linkedin, social media, job boards, colleges and universities.
* Partner with Managers at our Division Headquarters to understand and support their hiring needs.
* Support candidates throughout the process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
* Proactively research and implement diverse recruiting strategies to ensure a strong diverse candidate pipeline.
* Create compelling job ads to attract desired talent.
* Assist in developing and implementing a campus recruiting strategy. This will include identifying target schools, building relationships on campus, ensuring a strong CCM brand on campus, coordinating and scheduling campus/school visits, and attending career fairs/events.
* Identify opportunities for improving candidates overall experience.
* Completes required pre-screening of qualified candidates and guides hiring managers and field HR to ensure consistency in the interview and hiring process.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience through positive interactions and clear processes.
* Ensures that all recruitment and selection procedures adhere to federal and state laws.
* Accurately tracks all applicant flow within ADP RM (ATS).
* College, technical school, and high school recruitment to include identify target schools, scheduling campus/school visits, and attending career fairs/events.
* Facilitate job offers and coordinate employee on-boarding/orientation scheduling.

* Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
* Five + years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
* Ability to use traditional sourcing methods as well as think outside of the box to create innovative sourcing strategies
* Strong marketing acumen proficient in the use of social media, job boards, and other related recruiting tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with all levels within the organization
* Candidates must be self-motivated ability to work in a quickly changing, fast paced environment
* Ability to travel overnight up to 10% by vehicle and by air. Must have a valid driver's license
