Our client, an established digital media company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this remote role your primary focus will be managing full lifecycle recruitment. Your day to day responsibilities will include tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and tracking applications. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in a high volume creative and collaborative setting, be highly organized, and have a proactive attitude. Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a creative industry such as design or production, tech experience also a plus
• Proven success working in a fast paced, high volume setting
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
