Responsibilities:

- Develop effective recruitment strategies

- Increase pool of qualified candidates through effective sourcing techniques

- Effectively screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Negotiate and communicate job offers successfully to candidates

Requirements

- Multiple years of technical recruiting experience in a busy environment that required a strong sense of urgency

- Previous experience with recruitment technologies, Dayforce recruiting preferred

- Self motivated, organized, and able to multi task at a high level
