The Early Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring that Doosan Bobcat is hiring the best possible talent for key positions across the North America footprint. This role will provide primary recruitment support for areas new graduates and student programs, Co-ops, Prototype Interns and Project Interns.

Responsibilities of the role include sourcing and building candidate relationships through various channels in order to create strong talent pipelines and partnering as an advisor to hiring leaders through interview, selection and onboarding.

Role & Responsibility

  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, pre-hire paperwork and onboarding.
  • This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, job board procurement and talent planning.
  • Participation in career events promoting Doosan Bobcat in the communities and universities.
  • Collaborate with local HR and business leaders in execution of the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidates profiles in our ATS and CRM tools for effective candidate and manager interactions.
  • Determine candidate selection criteria through coordination with hiring manager.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Use CRM, ATS and other recruiting systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
  • Ensure diversity recruitment and compliance of our hiring process to include reconciliation of applicant data for affirmative action program.
  • Support early talent lifecycle feedback processes for continuous improvement and program development.
  • Student program event coordination to include: innovation summit, factory frenzy, orientation, offboarding, senior design, corporate community involvement, etc.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years' recruiting experience preferred.
  • Career Fair and event management experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools and software (HRIS, Applicant Tracking systems, CRM).
  • PHR credential and/or understanding of employment laws and affirmative action a plus.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Travel standard: 20%
