This position will support corporate-wide initiatives and functional focus areas to continuously improve business results. *What You Do.*
* Partner with Business Leaders to establish development programs and processes that align with the strategic plan.
* Lead organizational design and workforce planning with functional leaders for assigned departments; Maintains the work structure by overseeing updates to job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
* Partner with Compensation on job evaluations; ensuring pay structure system is administered and adhered to for all positions.
* Conduct needs assessment to determine what skill and capability requirements will enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
* Design and/or partner with external vendors to provide development solutions for Corporate and Functional initiatives.
* Consult with business leaders on challenges that involve employee engagement, competency development, change management & performance management.
* Provide coaching and consultation to enable managers and supervisors to lead high performance teams.
* Identify and incorporate best practices & lessons learned into Talent Management program and process design.
* Research and benchmark talent development practices and processes to remain current on trends and to provide scalable solutions.

*Your Education and Experience.*
* Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university required.
* Minimum of eight years related experience in talent development & HR.
* Solid understanding of talent management practices and processes to include succession planning, leadership development, performance management, change management and career development.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Existing knowledge and experience in meeting and training facilitation.
* Strong interpersonal skills to discuss issues, identify challenges, and recommend talent solutions to solve problems
* Excellent consulting skills to work on talent development projects and processes with internal customers.
* High level verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for training delivery and other goals as required.
* Experience with coaching and mentoring to support behavioral effectiveness.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment
* Proactive follow-through with all assignments to their successful conclusions with minimal direction.
* Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction with internal customers.
