Want to explore our vast Nation while gaining valuable hotel leadership experience? Shaner Hotels is seeking a Task Force Hotel Controller to assist with hotels within our portfolio. This will be a position that requires 100% travel commitment, as our hotels are located in both leisure and suburban markets in the Eastern United States. On-site hotel task assignments will vary by operational and staffing needs.

While on property, the Task Force Controller will work with all team members and operational departments. Responsibilities include:

• Training new Associates on procedures, auditing, cash controls, payroll, and other related duties.
• Covering for absences in the hotels' accounting departments.
• Auditing and troubleshooting discrepancies in hotel financial reporting.

Assist with developing policies and procedures for effective business operations.

• College degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of Multi Brand Hospitality Management experience, Marriott and Hilton Brands preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people management and problem resolution skills.
• Superior guest satisfaction skills.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
• Proven knowledge of hospitality financials, reporting requirements and industry measurements.
• Willingness to travel.
