Immediate need for Tax Compliance Manager (Chinese-Bilingual)
Duarte, CA

Tax Service department is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to review and ensure our clients€™ tax filings are following government and local regulations. This role involves working with individuals, families, and businesses with different tax structures (partnership, LLC, S Corp, C Corp, sole proprietor, trust).

Salary & Benefits
•$100,000 ~ $150,000/year depend on experience

Qualifications
1.CPA license is required.
2.Minimum of (7), desire 10 years of taxation experience
3.Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5.Excellent research skills
6.Proficiency in ProConnect or other tax software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
1. Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, trusts and individuals and related income tax workpapers- CPA candidates understand that they need to sign tax returns on behalf of our clients
2. Supervise engagements including planning, organization, and execution
3. Research complex technical tax issues and provide solutions
4. Manage multiple clients while consistently meeting deadlines
5. Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning
6. Train and mentor individual team members
7. Ensure quality of work product
