We're open to folks looking for onsite or hybrid opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing - Tax return preparation as needed
- Perform tax projections, structuring and modeling
- Supervise engagements including planning, organization, execution, and coordination of assignments all while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Maximize personal charge time and that of staff supervised
- Supervise and review staff work
- Communicate effectively with senior and subordinate staff as to status of work, deadlines, and budgets
- Maintain highest standards or ethics and confidentiality with clients
- Prepare engagement letters and financial statements as needed
- Tax return review for accuracy and completeness
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree
- Currently licensed CPA
- 3+ years experience
- Timely and current knowledge of tax law and filing requirements
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Experience managing, directing, reviewing, and monitoring multiple engagements
- Experience leading and managing staff
- Technical proficiency in industry software packages
