ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a IDDT Clinical Lead to provide direction and supervision to team members while providing direct and indirect services for dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management. You'd be an integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. The IDDT Clinical Lead will also be responsible for helping individual's access services, build support networks and resolve conflicts.

The IDDT Clinical Lead is a member of the Treatment Team. Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Team (IDDT) is a consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for persons with the most serious mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs. IDDT serves adults with dual diagnosis' that are complex and have devastating effects on functioning within the community. IDDT services merge clinical, rehabilitative and support staff expertise within a multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatrist, nurses, mental health professionals, and a variety of specialists (drug and alcohol dependency, vocational, forensics and peer support). The team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to enable each consumer to find and live in their own residence and find and maintain work in community jobs rather than expecting the consumer to come to the program. The primary function of the IDDT Clinical Lead is to provide supervision and direction to team members. The IDDT Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports.
