You will be the technical consultant for complex deployments and crisis manager when needed. You're the one with the customer assist to help them identify and embrace methodologies for configuration, software lifecycle management, network health, security and automation.

Who You'll Work With
The Technical Consulting Engineers represent the company's technical capabilities and manage day-to-day technical needs of service provider customers. We support and enable customer specific solutions to grow business as well as steer customer expectations according to product and network management capabilities. We drive successful introduction in partner labs and customer live network.
We also deliver expert consulting, design and engineering support to customers for sales opportunities. Work with Sales and Professional Services to develop state-of-art customized solutions for customers worldwide. Recommend technical solutions to improve customer operations.
We provide technology consulting for internal teams (i.e. Product Management, Marketing, Sales). Convert external customer requirements into recommendations for new product features and improvement in existing products.
