The Identity Intelligence team in Ads at Facebook is responsible for connecting ads signals from advertisers with Facebook users. We use these connections to power many aspects of advertisement shown on our family of products (including Facebook App and Instagram), including user consent determination, advertisement audience creation, real-time ads ranking and ads measurement. As a Product TPM on this team, you will work with engineering and diverse cross functional teams to manage algorithms and machine learning models for making connections and implement service architecture and functionality improvements to address dynamic business and privacy challenges. In this role, you will also play an important part in defining the future of how Facebook connects advertisers with people in a privacy-centric way, while making a big impact on our revenue.

<ul><li>Work closely with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver identity intelligence capabilities for ads signals.</li><li>Drive key identity intelligence platforms and programs for ads revenue and business/privacy policy and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Develop overall strategy and roadmap for execution of the vision for signals identity intelligence, working closely with the engineering and product counterparts.</li><li>Work proactively to identify and mitigate challenges as well as troubleshoot bottlenecks.</li><li>Identify the need for creating new programs and proactively advise engineering and product counterparts on product vision as well as technical architecture.</li><li>Help the team define and keep current on key performance indicators for the platforms. Effectively coordinate communication in case of any issues.</li><li>Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional teams within Ads and across Facebook Inc.</li><li>Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team.</li></ul>

<ul><li>B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.</li><li>7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.</li><li>Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.</li><li>Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.</li><li>Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.</li><li>Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.</li><li>Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.</li><li>Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.</li></ul>
