Adecco is hiring immediately for a Technical Recruiter with a local client in West Chester, PA. Recruiters perform essential duties with pay starting at $35.00/hour, plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing potential candidates for professional, technical, hourly, and management level positions across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reference checks on potential candidates
  • Work directly with managers to develop job postings for open positions
  • Oversee new hire onboarding process to ensure all steps of the process follow applicable laws and best practices
  • Organize internal employee moves within organization
  • Work closely with other departments within Human Resources to ensure efficient process
  • Manage employment sponsorship and work authorization processes

    • Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of previous experience in full life cycle recruitment
  • Experience with recruiting for technical positions (Engineers, IT, Repair Tech, Fiber Optic Techs)
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment (30-50 calls per day)
  • Knowledge and strong understanding of state and federal laws relating to hiring and employment
