We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Service Manager in our Mountaintop facility.

The Technical Services Manager is responsible for driving exemplary service for all internal and external customers by utilizing and demonstrating excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, processes and systems.  The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the Technical Services Team and ensuring all service level agreements are maintained.  

Manage and Lead Technical Services Team (TS)

  • Measure and gauge group effectiveness and productivity
  • participate in the development of appropriate plans and goals for the various measures
  • Manage and establish priorities for the team
  • manage service level agreements for specialty groups such as MADs, AADs and National Accounts
  • Budget, control and planning
  • Participate in and carry out strategy to drive Revenue and Profit Growth.
  • Drive Process Improvements that Improve Customer Experience and efficiency Through leadership and Coordination with Other Departments.

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to influence other functions to act and achieve goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with customers
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and escalate situations as necessary
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with rolling product either in production or customer service roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years' of sales and customer service experience.
