About This Role:

As a Teller, you are the face of Amplify, providing friendly, accurate, and timely servicing of Amplify member accounts. Your role will have you processing basic member transactions, educating members regarding Amplify's remote delivery channels, and always communicating professionally with the credit union members.

Essential Duties

Process basic member transactions, to include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.

Assist members with basic account and loan inquiries

Manage cash drawer effectively and within established guidelines

Educate member regarding Amplify's remote delivery channels - such as online banking and mobile deposit - and promote their use for member convenience

Resolve moderately complex member situations with tact and diplomacy; communicate in a professional manner

Exercise good judgment to make sound decisions that help member and support organizational objectives

Adhere to Credit Union policies and procedures

Champion organizational culture both internally and externally; consistently demonstrate Amplify's service standards

Qualifications and Other Information

Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required. What is required:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and be proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office products, and the use of a telephone. Knowledge and use of a 10-key is helpful. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends. Must have or quickly obtain working knowledge of Credit Union's products & services, policies, standard operating procedures, and State and Federal regulations.

Pay & Benefits

This position offers a pay rate of $19.62 per hour. It also entails the benefits available to all Amplify employees, including a 401(k) with a company match of 100% on the first 5% you contribute.

Location

You will work at one of our four branch locations: Esperanza, Pond Springs, La Frontera, and Cedar Park.
