Our client, an impactful non-profit is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Philly! If you are looking to make an impact in an organization and capitalize on your experience than this role for you.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strategic leadership or change management experience required
• Ability to work both independently and with others
• Strong organizational skills

Day to Day:

• Oversee the HR department as a whole
• Update policies, procedures and handbooks
• Handle all employee relations
• Spearhead the full life cycle recruitment process
• Collaborate with leadership on changes and initiatives

This temp-to-hire opportunity is offering $43/hr. when temporary and up to $85,000 when made permanent as well as a 37 hour work week. Please apply with a MS Word version of your resume to be considered today.
