Beacon Hill Legal is seeking licensed attorney candidates for a temporary commercial contracts role with a national retailer. This six-month, assignment (fully on-site at the retailer's Pittsburgh office) will entail extensive contracts drafting and negotiation work, with the candidate handling a wide variety of commercial contracts including SaaS and Master Agreements for Marketing, E-Commerce, Human Resources, Procurement, Store Operations, IT and others.

Candidates must have a JD, and come with 3+ years of prior contracts drafting and negotiation experience. Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
