Our client, the largest Home Performance Contractor in Massachusetts, located in Medford MA, is seeking a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to work alongside their HR team and assist with managing a variety of administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with I9 verifications and employee paperwork, sending out Welcome Letters to new employees and contractors, filing physical and electronic paperwork, virtually presenting PowerPoints with new hires, assisting with accident reporting from other work sites, creating personnel employee files, and updating the database. The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual that takes direction well, possesses fantastic written and verbal communication skills, is proactive, detail oriented, and organized. This role is onsite Monday-Friday from the hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
