Our client, a HealthTech and Life Sciences investment fund, is seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to join their office in downtown Boston. The Office Manager will be responsible for:
* Serve as Reception - phones, greeting, booking conference rooms, receiving/mail
* Office Management - oversee supplies, facilities, interact with vendors
* Administrative support - managing calendars, filing, data entry
* Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will be skilled in Microsoft Office. This role can pay up to $25/hour depending on experience.
