Temporary Receptionist (1245294)

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team for a 3+ month contract assignment in their Boston office. In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients, visitors, and vendors, reserving conference room requests, placing catering orders, handling visitor security clearance, ensuring the reception area is well maintained, and providing a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, with at least one year as a receptionist, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, flexibility to work occasional overtime, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The qualified Receptionist will need to be a dynamic person with strong attention to detail and a sparkly personality! The role is slated as a 3+ month contract and can compensate up to $20-25/hr depending on candidate experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
