Our client, a well-known health-care company in Lexington is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team for a 3+ month contract assignment. The role of Reception is generally responsible for supporting the administrative activities of the facility. Reception will maintain the organization of the office, support the Office Manager, and ensure the warm and welcoming environment for patients and families. Reception is also expected to provide compassionate and informative service to patients while managing patient communication, filing, and answering telephones. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative support experience, knowledge of multi-line phone systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role is slated as a 3+ month contract and can compensate up to $22/hr depending on candidate experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
