Our client, a real estate company, is actively seeking a Tenant Services Representative to join their downtown office immediately! This position last for about a month. Pay is $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main source of administrative support for the entire office
• Act as gatekeeper, routing phone calls and directing visitors to correct contacts
• Closing out work orders
• Submit invoices for payment
• Assist other employees with various projects as needed
